VIP Lane provides premium SUV chauffeur and black car service for airport, corporate, private, event, hourly, and city-to-city transportation. Service availability depends on route, timing, vehicle coverage, dispatch review, and client-provided details.

Quotes and estimates

Website estimates are planning estimates unless explicitly confirmed by dispatch. Final pricing, taxes, airport fees, waiting time, extra stops, route changes, and special requirements may require review before payment or reservation creation.

Reservations

A reservation is not final until VIP Lane confirms the service. Quote approval may start an internal workflow, but it does not guarantee vehicle availability, final price, or dispatch acceptance without human confirmation.

Client responsibilities

Clients are responsible for providing accurate pickup, drop-off, date, time, flight, passenger, luggage, child-seat, and contact details. Incorrect or incomplete information can affect pricing, timing, or service availability.

Changes and cancellations

Changes, waiting time, cancellations, and no-shows may be subject to additional charges or policy limits depending on the confirmed reservation terms.
